How do I create my first 3D walkthrough?
Sign up with your email, click "New project", enter beds/baths/sqm and a title. Walkthrough is generated automatically in 60 seconds.
Do I need design or 3D skills?
None. The system handles everything — walls, floors, materials, furniture, lighting. You just describe the property.
What can I upload?
Floor plan images (JPG, PNG), PDF brochures, or just type the specs. AI extracts measurements where possible. Fallback uses a sensible default layout.
How long does generation take?
About 60 seconds end-to-end. The 3D scene builds in real-time in your browser; thumbnails render in the background.
Accuracy + customization
How accurate is the 3D from a 2D floor plan?
Walls, room dimensions, and proportions match your plan exactly. Furniture placement is template-based. Materials and finishes are picked from a curated PBR library. Accurate enough that buyers can decide on a viewing without seeing the property in person.
Can I customize colors, materials, furniture?
Pro and Agency plans include brand kit colors and material overrides. Custom mesh upload (specific furniture models) is on the roadmap for Q3.
Can I edit after creating?
Yes — change beds, baths, sqm, location, price, description anytime. Live preview updates instantly. Share link stays the same.
Sharing + integration
Can I use this with Property Finder, Facebook, etc.?
Yes. Every listing gets a public share URL. Paste anywhere — Property Finder description, Facebook posts, WhatsApp, email signature, your own website embed via iframe.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The viewer is fully responsive. Top-down and orbit views work on any device. Walk-inside (FPV) is desktop-only — mobile gets the iso view automatically.
Can I embed on my own website?
Yes via iframe. White-label embed (no PropVision branding) is included on Pro and Agency plans.
What about WhatsApp sharing?
Share links generate a thumbnail preview that displays in WhatsApp. Pro plan adds custom WA embed templates with your branding.
Leads + analytics
How does lead capture work?
Every share page has a built-in form. When a buyer submits, you get an instant WhatsApp notification + email with their contact details and message. Leads appear in your dashboard with project context.
What analytics do I get?
View count per listing, share-link clicks, lead conversion rate. Agency plan includes per-source UTM attribution.
Can I export my leads?
Yes — CSV export anytime. API access on Agency plan for live integrations.
Privacy + ownership
Who owns the 3D walkthroughs I create?
You do. Export anytime. We never claim rights over your listings or branded content. Cancel and your data exports as JSON + PDFs.
What about GDPR + data privacy?
EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant. Lead data never leaves the platform. We don't sell anything to third parties. Read the privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
Servers in Germany (Hetzner). Backups encrypted, retained 30 days. You can request deletion anytime.
Billing + plans
Free trial — what's the catch?
14 days, no credit card. One free 3D walkthrough included with a watermark on the share page and PDF. After trial, projects archive unless you upgrade. No surprise charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-service cancel from your dashboard. Access continues until end of billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro-rated refunds within 7 days of upgrade. Annual plans have a 14-day money-back window.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards via Stripe. SEPA direct debit on annual plans. Invoice billing on Agency + enterprise.
Developers + enterprise
Do you have an API?
Yes — Agency plan and above. RESTful, OAuth2. Full project + lead CRUD. Webhooks for events.
Can I white-label PropVision?
Pro and Agency plans support white-label (custom domain, no PropVision branding on share pages or PDFs). Enterprise can fully rebrand.

Yes — see developer pricing. €1,500–€4,500 per project depending on unit count, includes investor portal and reservation flow.
